The jury of the 8th Tehran International Poster Biennial consisted of B. Martin Pedersen (President of the jury from The United States), Aydin Aghdashlou (Iran), Linda Fu (Australia), Marta Granados (Colombia), Shin Matsunaga (Japan), Morteza Momayez (Iran) and Rosmarie Tissi (Switzerland), during the sitting on February 14-15 , 2004 in Tehran, after viewing 1637 posters submitted by 736 designers from 40 countries decided to award the following prizes:

Firouz Shafei for "The 100th anniversary of Sadeq Hedayat's birthday", 2002
Icograda Excellence Award: Tahamtan Aminian for "...and our world is still alive", 2003
Parisa Tashakori for " Let's create a blue sky for our children"
